These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the games, websites, player accounts,
support tools, communities, and related services (“Games”)
provided by Flyboys Games s.r.o. (“Company”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or using the Games, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and by our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree,
you must not use the Games.
The Games may also be subject to rules, policies, and payment terms of Apple App Store,
Google Play, Steam, or other distribution platforms through which you access them.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for personal,
non-commercial purposes. All intellectual property rights in the Games remain the exclusive property of Flyboys Games s.r.o.
You receive a right to access and use the Games under these Terms. You do not acquire ownership
of the Games, accounts, game progress, virtual currency, virtual items, or any other content
made available through the Games.
2. Accounts, Age and Login Information
Some Games may allow or require you to use an account, player identifier, platform account,
Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other login method. You are responsible for keeping access to
your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account.
You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or give away your account, login access, player profile,
or game progress except where the Company or the relevant platform explicitly permits it.
The Company may remove, change, or reclaim usernames, player names, or profile identifiers where
necessary to protect the Games, respond to third-party rights claims, prevent impersonation,
enforce these Terms, or keep usernames appropriate for the community.
If you are under the legal age required to accept these Terms in your country, your parent or
legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms. Parents and legal guardians are responsible
for use of the Games and purchases made by minors under their care.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Games
- use cheats, exploits, hacks, modified clients, unauthorized third-party software, or manipulation of game mechanics
- use auto-clickers, macros, bots, scripts, or any automation tools (including “auto-clicker makers”) designed to simulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage
- attempt to bypass security mechanisms or anti-fraud systems
- make unauthorized purchases or manipulate payment systems
- sell, buy, trade, rent, share, or transfer accounts, game progress, virtual items, or virtual currency outside officially supported features
- exploit bugs, errors, refund systems, rankings, leaderboards, matchmaking, or game economy systems
- disrupt, overload, attack, or interfere with servers, networks, support tools, or other players’ use of the Games
- impersonate the Company, its employees, support staff, moderators, other players, or platform representatives
- collect, request, publish, or misuse another person’s personal data, login credentials, private communications, or payment information
- use the Games for gambling, betting, commercial advertising, spam, scams, or other unauthorized commercial activity
- engage in abusive, offensive, or harmful behavior
- use offensive, hateful, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate usernames
- violate applicable laws, platform rules, export controls, sanctions, or other legal requirements
4. User Content and Community Features
The Games may allow you to create or submit usernames, messages, support requests, ban appeals,
profile information, screenshots, gameplay-related information, or other content (“User Content”).
You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure that it does not violate the law, these
Terms, the rights of others, or platform rules. You must not submit User Content that is abusive,
hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to host, store, copy, display, moderate, remove, and otherwise use that User Content as necessary
to operate, secure, support, improve, and promote the Games. This license does not transfer ownership
of your User Content to the Company.
The Company may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve User Content where necessary for
safety, support, enforcement, legal compliance, or operation of the Games.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Games’ rules,
or applicable platform policies.
Automation Tools and Auto-Clickers (Macros): Any detected use of auto-clickers, macros, scripts, bots, automation software,
or similar tools may result in an immediate permanent ban and termination of the account without compensation.
Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company. Enforcement may include warnings,
removal of User Content, temporary restrictions, account reset, suspension, permanent termination, or
technical measures designed to protect the Games and other players. Submitting a ban appeal does not
guarantee account reinstatement.
The Company may suspend, terminate, delete, anonymize, or reset accounts, player profiles, progress,
virtual content, or related data that have been inactive for 180 days or more, where permitted by
applicable law and platform rules.
6. Account Reinstatement and Reset Policy
If the Company decides to reinstate a banned account, reinstatement will always occur with a full account reset.
This means:
- all previous progress will be permanently deleted
- all in-game data will be erased
- restoration of previous progress is not possible
The Company does not restore progress after bans.
7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Content
All purchases must be made exclusively through official Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or other authorized platform payment systems.
Unauthorized, refunded, duplicated, or manipulated transactions may result in suspension or termination of the account.
Virtual currency, virtual items, unlocks, progress, and other digital content have no real-world
monetary value, are licensed for use only inside the Games, and may not be sold, transferred,
exchanged, or redeemed outside officially supported features.
Purchases are handled by the relevant platform provider and are subject to that provider’s payment
and refund rules. Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, purchases and
redemptions are final and non-refundable.
8. Updates, Changes and Service Availability
The Games are evolving services. The Company may update, modify, rebalance, add, remove, suspend,
or discontinue features, content, virtual items, events, services, or support for a Game or part
of a Game at any time.
You may need to install updates or update third-party platform software to continue using the Games.
Continued use after an update or change means you accept the updated Games and applicable rules.
9. No Warranty
The Games are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyboys Games s.r.o. shall not be liable for loss of progress, loss of virtual items or currency, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be
published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Games after the effective
date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Games.
